Vintage
Vintage in literal meaning is a time of harvest. To me it is a time in which one bears the fruits of his or her labor. It is a time of growth that occurs as a result of the hard work a person or a group of people have exhibited. Vintage is what you have to show for the work you have done. An ideal time of vintage in my point of view is the 1770's through the year 1800. In this time frame Americans won freedom and sought to build what is now the greatest nation in the world.
Below is my example of a yearbook cover. I like that the word twenty is spelled out and that the rest of the year is a number, of course it would be '14 instead of '13. On line one I would print "RCHS" and on line two the word "Thunderducks". Also I would decorate the cover with a purple, green, and gold color scheme.
